This photo shows the epicenter.....its a nice cozy little area perfect for lessons and or mixing your new album!! Soundproofing curtains drop down to completely muffle outside noises when necessary. NEW KRK 6" and 10" powered Sub monitorswith ARC room conditioning software ensure perfectly clear mixes.

 

The walls are soundproofed with Auralex foam for minimizing unwanted reflections.

 

The keyboard controller is an Edirol PCR800.

This may just look like a mess of wires, but housed in these racks are the pride of the studio....power conditioners, a custom 8 core DAW PC from WOOT, an RME Fireface 800 and a Universal Audio 6176.   Headphones available are 2 AKG K271's. All cables Mogami.

 

A rack containing my stompboxes sits next to my amps.  Most effects used are PC based VST plugins however.

 

 

 

Here is the drumset and mics recording it. The blue box on the mic stand is a remote control surface for starting and stopping recording while not at the computer. Mics not seen are Bass, room mic, and right overhead.

 

Vocal area. The mic there is an AKG C414 B-XLII condenser..if its good enough for Sting its good enough for me.

The other area on the opposite side of the bar is this larger room with a massage chair, recliner and TV...perfect for chillin while you take breaks. Also can be used for the guitar and bass player when an entire band wants to record simultaneously.
